SHUGHUL is a Progressive Web App platform that connects people looking for casual work with those who need work done. It provides access to job listings and worker profiles. SHUGHUL does not employ anyone, manage work arrangements, or act as a party in any agreement between users.

How the Platform Works

Workers enter their name, phone number, and work category to browse available jobs. Employers enter their name and phone number to post jobs. Both sides connect directly by phone to discuss and agree on terms. SHUGHUL does not set wages, manage payments, or supervise any work.

User Responsibility

All arrangements are made directly between workers and employers. SHUGHUL is not a party to any agreement. Users are responsible for their own decisions, including the terms they agree to and the people they choose to work with. We encourage all users to communicate clearly and agree on details before starting any work.

Expected Conduct

Users are expected to be honest, respectful, and fair. Posting false or misleading information, using the platform for purposes other than casual work, or treating other users disrespectfully may result in removal from the platform. For full details, please see our User Conduct page.

Service Availability

SHUGHUL aims to provide continuous and reliable service, but there may be times when the platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates. We will work to minimize any interruptions.
