User Conduct
SHUGHUL is built on trust and respect between users. These guidelines explain what is expected of everyone who uses the platform. By following them, you help keep SHUGHUL a useful and fair place for workers and employers in Juba.
What We Expect
All users of SHUGHUL are expected to:

What Is Not Allowed
The following activities are not permitted on the platform:
- Dishonest activity: Any form of deception, including providing false personal information or misrepresenting skills and experience
- False job postings: Posting jobs that do not exist, are misleading, or are intended to waste other people's time
- Disrespectful behavior: Harassment, threats, offensive language, or any conduct that makes other users feel unsafe or unwelcome
- Misuse of the platform: Using SHUGHUL for purposes other than finding or offering casual work

What Happens If These Guidelines Are Broken
SHUGHUL reserves the right to remove any user or listing that does not follow these guidelines. Our goal is to keep the platform fair and useful for everyone, and we may take action without prior notice if necessary to protect the community.
